How do I know which journey to choose?

We offer six transformational journeys for women in our cohort, each designed to be selected based on your needs rather than a linear path. To help you get started, read the participant descriptions below and choose the one that resonates with you most.  Choose your path →

How is Illuminate different from other programs?

Illuminate is the place where Christian leaders and experts come together to pour into the lives of women so they can thrive in pursuit of God's purpose. A team of theologians, therapists, psychologists, and certified and executive coaches work in unison to bring women closer to Jesus. All our courses are done through live instruction so you can be challenged, affirmed, prayed for, and ask questions—in real time. Our strength is in our unity and intentional community.

What is the community/culture like?

We have been very intentional about creating a culture of authentic and courageous conversations. And through that, we have become a culture of accountability and collaboration. We don't expect people to show up perfect, we expect them to show up wholeheartedly.

Our community and culture thrive on guidance, discovery, development, encouragement, and support. Time and again, we witness the Holy Spirit's presence as women connect and uplift one another on their journeys of becoming who God has called them to be.

What is your faith statement?

At Providence Heights, our faith is rooted in:

• Christ: Our faith and actions are grounded in the Word of God, with Jesus Christ as the foundation of everything we do.
• Community: We foster unity, compassion, healthy relationships, and mutual accountability as we walk together in faith.

As a faith-based, interdenominational, and intergenerational Christian non-profit, we honor diverse expressions of biblical faith while standing firm in the belief in One God, revealed through Jesus Christ. Our cohort leaders are committed Christian leaders who are baptized, active in their church communities, and dedicated to praying with and for participants, led by the Holy Spirit.

What are the connection opportunities with my cohort?

• Weekly Classes: Once a week via Zoom
• Week 1-3: 2hr classes (9:30-11:30 am or 11-1 pm)
• Week 4-18: 1hr classes (10:30-11:30 or 12-1 pm)
• Cohort Dinner: there will be one special in-person dinner
• Connection Events & Conferences: Throughout your time in the Illuminate Program, there will be opportunities for you to connect and meet up at a Live Salted partner event.

What is the time commitment involved for each journey?

• Weekly Class: zoom calls (over 18 weeks)
  The first three weeks of the cohort is curated to build deep connection, trust, and story formation. We’ve allocated 2 hours per class during those weeks.
• Week 1-3: 2hr classes (9:30-11:30 am or 11-1 pm)
• Week 4-18: 1hr classes (10:30-11:30 or 12-1 pm)
• Weekly Homework: approximately one hour of homework per week. Some weeks a little less and others, a little more.

What happens if I miss a class?

Detailed ai notes are taken for each class and our Community Care Coach will follow up to help you get caught up.

What is included in the program fee?

We have mobilized top experts in their field to lead women with pastoral care, intentional discipleship, and a high caliber of professionalism. Thanks to the generosity of our donor community, we are able to offer each Illuminate cohort journey at a significantly reduced rate.

Additional discounts are offered through strategic partnerships with nonprofits, churches, and to groups of 7 or more. We also offer partial need-based scholarships for those requiring financial support.

Two payment options are available:

• One-time payment (7.5% discount already included)
• Six monthly installments

FLOURISH OPTION:

Illuminate’s cost: $1,500

• 5 individual coaching sessions*
• All books and digital resources
• Accreditation (see statement on previous page)
• In-person cohort dinner

*This option includes five individual coaching sessions with a certified life coach. Over the past five years, we’ve found this to be a vital component of the growth process. Learning and healing are essential—but what happens with that transformation requires an action plan.

AWAKEN OPTION:

Is the program fee refundable?

With limited spots available, once an applicant begins the program, we are no longer able to offer that spot to anyone else for that cohort. Therefore, the program tuition is non-refundable.
