Providence Heights is a six-month virtual program focused on helping women deepen their faith, develop as leaders, and translate personal growth into professional joy. Our curriculum is taught by a team of credentialed life, career, and finance coaches that are aligned with our mission. See an overview of our curriculum.
Since piloting a first-of-its-kind program, we have learned a great deal as an organization. In order to scale our program and support more women, we have made the decision to launch a virtual program as of January 2024. Concurrently, we will work toward empowering local communities to have their own Providence Heights Program through an Affiliate Model. This new model will equip churches and organizations to help the people they serve through a residential program or an in-person non-residential program.
Our virtual program will span across six months and split into three, eight week sessions dedicated to helping women develop personally, spiritually, and professionally. Classes and group coaching sessions will be facilitated online and take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. One-on-one life coaching is scheduled between program participants and our coaching staff at a mutually agreed upon time. To foster community, we hold monthly chapel and host a quarterly community activity.
Our program is rooted in Christian faith and coaches teach from a biblically centered perspective. See an overview of our program curriculum.
The cost to participate in our virtual program is $3,000 plus a one time $300 material and tech support fee for those seeking to take our both the Personal Development and Professional Development tracks. The cost of taking an individual track is $1,500 plus a $150 material and tech fee.
Our program curriculum requires a total of 8-10 hours per week, split between Tuesdays and Thursdays for both the Personal and Professional Tracks. If you will be doing Individual tracks, it will be less. This includes group curriculum as well as one-on-one coaching. See a breakdown of both the Personal and Professional tracks here.
One-on-one coaching is still a critical part of our virtual program. Program participants will continue meeting with life and business coaches on a biweekly basis.
Counseling is highly encouraged but ultimately the responsibility of each participant.
Not at this time.
We have dedicated the last two-and-a-half years to curating our program curriculum and it is most effective and impactful when taken as a set. However, to help alleviate the burden of the time commitment required and to broaden options, we are pleased to announce the option of two tracks: Personal and Professional. These tracks can be taken individually or together. Both options will still include group coaching, individual coaching, spiritual formation and community sessions. See both tracks here.
With limited spots available each quarter, once an applicant begins the program, we are no longer able to offer that spot to anyone else for that cohort. As a result, the program tuition is non-refundable.
After years of research, we have learned that it’s important for women to be empowered and have ownership over their personal development. We've reduced the cost significantly and are grateful to the many donors who allow us to make our program more financially accessible. However, we also understand that there are unique cases. For those that wish to apply, but have a financial barrier, please contact us.
