Through our dynamic virtual cohorts, women not only deepen their faith and discover their true purpose but also evolve into impactful leaders, charting a course to live a Christ-like life to the fullest.

Session 1
- Understand what is at the heart of courageous leadership.
- Embrace the difficulties of life and lean into them with vulnerability.
- Engage in conflict with kindness.
- Identify shame and strip it of power.
- Practice your values.
- Re-write “Stormy First Drafts” and rise above worst-case scenarios.
Session 2
- Hear from Jesus in a fresh way.
- Walk in the fullness of who God has called you to be.
- Grow in spiritual boldness.
- Build trust with yourself.
- Grow in spiritual discipline.
Session 3
- Discover God’s original intent for how we’re meant to spend our time.
- Redefine how we view and engage in work, rest, and life.
- Develop a sound biblical theology of work.
- Learn what it means to flourish and love others well according to Scripture.
- Identify our shadow mission and its competition with our true mission.
