Session 1

  1. Discover how work is a primary way we participate in God's ongoing creation and cultural renewal.
  2. Understand the biblical narrative of work—creation, fall, redemption—and how it informs your vocation.
  3. Cultivate a theology of creativity and excellence rooted in calling, not consumerism or performance.
  4. Develop a vision of work that integrates worship, service, and cultural stewardship.
  5. Recognize your daily work as a context for justice, beauty, and redemptive influence.
  6. Explore how faith shapes work, ethics, leadership, and collaboration in diverse culture settings.

Session 2

  1. Embrace your identity as God's beloved as the foundation for living generously and purposefully.
  2. Explore how generosity extends beyond money to include presence, passion, time, and influence.
  3. Align your vocational calling with Kingdom purpose to create meaningful, redemptive impact.
  4. Learn how passion and profit can work together as tools for stewardship and spiritual influence.
  5. Create a personal generosity rhythm that reflects freedom, joy, and intentional purpose in every season.

Session 3

  1. Define redemptive work as a calling to restore what is broken through Spirit-led leadership and innovation.
  2. Discover how to lead with spiritual authority in both marketplace and ministry settings.
  3. Integrate faith, risk, and discernment into your entrepreneurial or leadership decisions.
  4. Explore how prophetic insight and intimacy with God fuel bold, culture-shaping leadership.
  5. Design a redemptive strategy for business or influence that reflects Kingdom values and long-term impact.
